Custom Digital Packages
Flexible, impact-led body respect education - built around your school’s needs
Our Custom Digital Packages offer a flexible way to engage with the Body Happy approach, whether you’re introducing body image education for the first time, strengthening existing provision, or building momentum ahead of a wider whole-school journey. Each package can combine digital curriculum content with elements such as live staff CPD, parent support sessions and optional evaluation tools - all tailored to your school’s phase, priorities and capacity.
Every resource is rooted in our Body Happy Skills framework - Literacy, Resilience, Kindness and Advocacy - which underpins our Whole-School Body Happy Programme and helps children and young people understand body image, think critically, show appreciation for their bodies and champion inclusion for others.
All content is mapped to the PSHE Association Programme of Study, supports RSHE statutory requirements, and contributes to whole-school priorities around safeguarding, wellbeing and equality. Full curriculum alignment documentation is included within every commissioned package (sample overview available on request).
What your package can include
-
A full six-lesson learning journey rooted in the Body Happy Skills. Each scheme includes slide decks, teaching notes, printable resources, and embedded video content.
Learners explore how appearance ideals are shaped by stereotypes, media influence and wider systems of power and discrimination. They build critical thinking, empathy and body respect through structured reflection, class discussion and actionable advocacy. Designed to meet PSHE and RSHE outcomes with clear progression and optional impact evaluation tools.
-
Sphere of Influence is a three-part lesson series for Key Stages 3 and 4 that supports young people to critically explore the forces shaping how they think, feel and behave – with a particular focus on gender stereotypes, peer pressure and online influences.
Building on our Body Happy Skills framework, the series goes deeper into how social media, influencer culture and online masculinities impact identity, body image, relationships and behaviour. Pupils are supported to question narrow or harmful narratives, recognise pressure and power dynamics, and reflect on how norms around gender, popularity and appearance are created and reinforced.
Designed to complement our KS3 and KS4 Body Respect schemes of work – or to be delivered as a standalone mini-series – Sphere of Influence includes fully resourced digital lessons, teacher guidance and adaptable activities to support thoughtful, inclusive discussion in the classroom.
-
Our Year 5–6 Body Respect Scheme of Work is a six-lesson, evidence-informed spiral curriculum designed to sit alongside our wider Body Happy offer – including our Upper KS2 workshops, Food-Positive schemes, and KS3 and KS4 Body Respect curricula – or to be used as a standalone programme.
Aligned with RSHE guidance and grounded in our four Body Happy Skills – Literacy, Resilience, Kindness and Advocacy – the scheme supports pupils to build age-appropriate understanding of body image, appearance pressures and weight stigma. Pupils are supported to think critically about the messages they encounter, contribute to respectful classroom cultures, and practise standing up for themselves and others.
Digital access includes fully resourced lesson slides, clear teacher guidance, and flexible, adaptable activities to support inclusive delivery for diverse learners.
-
A dynamic, presenter-led interactive digital workshop using animation, motion graphics and pupil voice clips to open safe, engaging conversations. The workshop is structured in four sections, each aligned with one of the Body Happy Skills (Literacy, Resilience, Kindness and Advocacy), and can be delivered as one extended session or broken into four shorter lessons.
Each section includes interactive breakout activities rooted in an oracy-based approach, encouraging pupils to explore identity, difference and body respect in their own words.
Pilot delivery led to measurable increases in pupils’ confidence in body literacy, critical thinking (resilience) and advocacy, with teachers reporting stronger peer support and greater empathy.
-
Our food learning approach centres on wellbeing, cultural identity and emotional safety — helping children explore food in a body-affirming, inclusive and joyful way. Through these schemes, pupils learn about nourishment, the diversity of food traditions, how food connects us to others, and how to develop a positive, respectful relationship with eating.
Aligned with PSHE outcomes around health and wellbeing, relationships and identity, these schemes support children to build confidence, curiosity and long-term healthy attitudes to food in a safe and inclusive way.
-
A developing collection of age-appropriate standalone lessons and themed resources spanning media literacy, identity, stereotypes, self-esteem, body diversity and celebration of uniqueness for EYFS (age 3) to KS4 (age 16). Examples include: exploring stereotypes through Dogs Don’t Do Ballet, celebrating cultural belonging in Bilal Loves Daal, and unpacking media influence through KS2 and KS3 digital literacy lessons.
Ideal for assemblies, tutor time, drop-down days or PSHE enrichment, all lessons are mapped to the Body Happy Skills and updated regularly as the library expands.
-
Interactive, discussion-led training that supports educators to feel confident facilitating body respect conversations. Sessions include reflection on language, bias and inclusion, safeguarding considerations, practical classroom strategies and how to implement Body Happy approaches with sensitivity and impact. Focused on embedding cultural change, not just delivering content.
-
Delivered virtually or in-person, these sessions help families understand the Body Happy approach and build supportive home environments. Workshops offer practical strategies, accessible language and space to explore common concerns, helping parents become allies in building a culture of body respect beyond the classroom.
-
Where included, evaluation tools help measure shifts in pupil understanding and confidence before and after delivery. Guided reflection frameworks support schools in understanding impact and planning next steps. Packages can be designed with or without evaluation layers depending on scope and intended outcomes.
How it works
Why we don’t offer downloadable resources “off the shelf”

By offering our digital content only within carefully curated packages, we ensure:
✅ Safe and confident facilitation
✅ Curriculum alignment and progression
✅ Fidelity to the Body Happy Skills framework
✅ A clear route to whole-school culture change
✅ Measurable, meaningful impact
