The Body Happy Organisation is powered by a multi-disciplinary team of educators, health professionals, youth facilitators, creatives, researchers and campaigners - all united by a belief in prevention, inclusion and long-term culture change.
We are a growing network shaped by lived experience, professional expertise and joyful collaboration. Together, we design and deliver work that helps every child and young person celebrate, respect and accept ALL bodies - especially their own.
Leadership Team
Molly Forbes (she/her)
Executive Director & Founder
Molly is the award winning founder and Executive Director of The Body Happy Organisation, where she leads strategy, operations and programme development.
The author of Body Happy Kids (Penguin Random House, 2021) and Every Body (Puffin 2024), she brings two decades of experience in journalism, media and communications - with a background that spans newsrooms, national campaigns and public-facing advocacy. Her expertise in storytelling, media literacy and youth-centred communication underpins the organisation’s approach to prevention and systems change.
Molly also delivers workshops and CPD training, and plays a key role in shaping partnerships and long-term strategy.

Dr Tosin Sotubo-Ajayi (she/her)
Non-Executive Director
Tosin is a practising GP, senior medical advisor and health and wellness brand consultant promoting accessible, inclusive health education. She advises The Body Happy Organisation on advocacy, health literacy and youth wellbeing.
Sarah Goulden (she/her)
Non-Executive Director
Sarah is a project manager with experience leading public sector and business support initiatives. She brings operational insight and supports Body Happy Org’s sustainable growth strategy through her role on the board.
Rachel Hobbs (she/her)
Non-Executive Director
Rachel is a teacher and former Communications Consultant with experience across the charity sector, including health, youth services and justice. She previously worked as a broadcast journalist and now brings practical insight into both education and public engagement to her governance role.
